Simple Simon didn’t have a whole house to prepare

Oh how lovely it would be to have time to go to the fair.  As it is, the basement is now ready to become the play area of their dreams for the smaller members of the household, the family room is now awaiting furniture deliveries and the bedrooms are almost ready for the furniture to be delivered.  The rest of the rooms can wait.  Things are progressing well.

A letter from the gas company, denying me service at the new address.  When I call them they say that their computer system always sends out that letter when someone applies for service and as I’ve done all their paperwork I can ignore the letter and be assured I’ll also have gas.  I guess that whole process must be really, really complicated because I don’t understand it.
